Why Microgreens
Microgreens are a great choice when adding colour or flavour to your dish, which is why they’re used by chefs around the world. They’re also packed full of health benefits, loaded with nutrients such as vitamins C, E and K.
How long do Microgreens take to grow?
Luckily, Microgreens can only take around 5-15 days to grow and because of their size, can be grown pretty much anywhere - especially good for the windowsill and urban growers. Great for getting kids involved in growing their own food too.
