UK Deliveries

Please note that due to the current impact of Covid-19, Royal Mail deliveries may be delayed. This is out of our control. Once we have sent the orders to Royal Mail it is then out of our hands...we are not responsible for delivering.

Under NORMAL circumstances it can take Royal Mail up to 10 WORKING days to deliver 2nd class mail - please note this DOES NOT include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Due to service issues related to Covid we are finding that it can currently take Royal Mail up to 14 WORKING days to deliver items.

Please do not contact us to enquire about your delivery until 14 WORKING days AFTER dispatch as there is nothing that we can do.

Due to our own staffing issues due to Covid-19 we are unable to respond to individual requests for delivery status. Please only contact us AFTER 14 working days if you have not received your order.

Thank you for your understanding.

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day (Monday to Thursday, Friday orders are dispatched the following Monday and on Bank Holidays this would be the Tuesday) and are delivered either via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery or 48 Hour Parcel/Courier (depending on size and weight). No orders are dispatched over weekends.

Royal Mail advise that it can take up to 10 working days for items to be delivered. Please bear this in mind before enquiring about your order as there is no action that we can take with Royal Mail until after 10 working days.

Please note, we are unable to deliver seeds to countries outside the UK and this now includes Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland - sorry this is a BREXIT reason and not ours!

Postage & Packaging Rates

Postage and packaging rates are based on the total weight of your seed order as follows:

Total Order Weight United Kingdom
2nd Class
1g – 99g £1.75
100g – 399g £2.75
400g – 1.99kg
2kg – 4.99kg
5kg – 9.99kg
10kg – 15kg

How to store your seeds

Store packets in cool, dry, and dark conditions, any open packets of seeds should be stored in an airtight container. Seeds will deteriorate over time, so germination may become less viable and more erratic.
