UK Deliveries

Please note that due to the current impact of Covid-19, Royal Mail deliveries may be delayed. This is out of our control. Once we have sent the orders to Royal Mail it is then out of our hands...we are not responsible for delivering....contrary to popular belief we do not drive up and down the UK in a little red van delivering orders...nor are we called Pat and we don't have a black and white cat either!

Under NORMAL circumstances it can take Royal Mail up to 10 WORKING days to deliver 2nd class mail - please note this DOES NOT include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Currently Due to service issues related to Covid we are finding that it can take Royal Mail upto 14 WORKING days to deliver items.

Please do not contact us to enquire about your delivery until after 14 WORKING days AFTER dispatch as there is nothing that we can do.

Please only contact us AFTER 14 working days if you have not received your order. And prior to making contact it would be very helpful if you could check the following please:

1. Is the address complete and correct...yes it does happen with autocomplete on computers the incorrect address can be input
2. Has the order been left with a neighbour
3. Have you checked with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the order...the postman isn't always leaving a card

Thank you for your understanding.

All orders are usually dispatched the next working working day and are delivered either via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery (3-5 working day service) or 48 Hour Parcel Courier (depending on size and weight). These delivery times shown are to be used as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Please note, we are unable to deliver seeds to countries outside the UK and that now includes the Republic of Ireland, due to BREXIT reasons - sorry not our doing!

Postage & Packaging Rates

Postage and packaging rates are based on the total weight of your seed order as follows:

Total Order Weight United Kingdom
2nd Class
1g – 99g £1.75
100g – 399g £2.75
400g – 1.99kg
2kg – 9.99kg
10kg – 15kg

How to store your seeds

Store packets in cool, dry, and dark conditions, any open packets of seeds should be stored in an airtight container. Seeds will deteriorate over time, so germination may become less viable and more erratic.
