It has a wide range of splendid colours and combinations including blue, white, pink, red, yellow, and violet. These are the best options for beds, borders, or cutting gardens. The prolonged flower spikes beneath the flower and the various shapes of petals in a single flower make it unique. This thrives in partial shade and is excellent for cutting. Remove faded flowering stems regularly to extend flowering and promote further blooms. It can grow up to 3 ft or 90cm.

| Site Conditions: | Ideal in any type of moist but well-drained soil. Water until developed and then water weekly once. |
| How to Sow: | Sow indoors onto a well-drained moist seed compost. Cover the seed lightly with vermiculite to germinate in 2-3 weeks at 15-20°C. Germination can take up to 3 months and if germination doesn’t occur, move to 5°C for 4 weeks then return to warmth. Pot on and plant out at the end of summer. Can grow upto 75cm. |
