Chilli Seeds from Sow Seeds Ltd
White Bhut Jolokia is an unusual natural variant of Bhut Jolokia and has a comparable extremely hot heat level. The chillies ripen from green to a creamy white colour that are about 8-10cm long, not as pimply as Bhut Jolokia but with a citrusy flavour and a cracking amount of heat.
Although not officially recorded it is thought to be slightly less than Bhut Jolokia at just under 1,000,000 SHU's so is one hot hot hot chilli.
White Bhut Jolokia is a little tricky to germinate & grow but with lots of heat & good care it is well worth growing for those who like to try something a little different.
