Due to increasing demand for growing your own veg at home, we are in need of an extra pair of hands as Customer Operations Assistant on a part-time basis. 

Job description

We need someone to take over the operational aspects on a day-to-day basis involving tasks related to customer orders, daily post and eventually, stock control. Dependent on the growth of the business, there will be the possibility of turning the role in to a full time position.


  • Print off customer orders from 2 Shopify stores
  • Pack customer orders
  • Prepare mail for collection
  • Create the mail order on the Royal Mail system
  • Send customers delivery confirmation via computer system

Time permitting - Plan what stock needs packing for the packing team


9am-1pm (4 hours per day)
4 days per week
Flexible on which days, for example it could include weekends, as Sat/Sun/Mon are the busiest days

£10.00 per hour
