Vegetable Seeds from Sow Seeds Ltd
Beetroot micro-leaves are very tasty little shoots that add the perfect finishing touch to salads, soups, sandwiches and many other meals with their slightly earthy beetroot flavor and fabulous red coloured leaves.
As with full-size beetroot, the seeds they do take a while to germinate between 16-21 days, this is due to a natural seed inhibitor that prevents germination so it is best to pre-soak the seeds in warm water for 6 hours before sowing. They can be sown indoors all year round.
Glorious coloured shoots that add colour and punchy flavor to mealtimes.
