Mibuna is very similar to Mizuna but the leaves have a milder mustard flavour & are strap like with rounded ends.
Mibuna is very quick & easy to grow. Its young leaves are great for baby-leaf production & used raw in mixed salads or left to grow on for larger leaves that are good for adding to stir-fries in the last minute of cooking.
Mibuna will bolt if the leaves are not regularly picked and needs to be well watered in dry periods.
