Product Description
Bupleurum rotundifolium Griffithii is a great foil for other flowers and grows to 60cm tall with a spread of 30cm.
Germination can be erratic but it is worth sowing as they contrast well with other flowers and are a great bouquet fillers.
Looks striking when set against orange Calendulas and other bright flowers.

| When to Sow: | April- June. |
| Site Conditions: | Full sun, well-drained soil. |
| How to Sow: | Direct sow seed thinly in drills, just cover the seeds (1mm) with fine soil. Seed can take a long time to germinate 2 weeks to 2 months. It can help to sow in lines and then lightly trickle over a thin line of sand just to identify where the seed was sown and weeding can be done with no disturbance to the seeds. Thin seedlings to every 40-50cm. |
| Care: | Keep picking once established to encourage the plant to bush out and keep well watered. Pick early in the morning and plunge straight into water as plant is prone to wilting. Lasts for up to 10 days in a vase. |
| Flower: | Sowing to flowering 14-16 weeks July/August onwards till first frosts. |
